ATTRIBUTES OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON PERSPECTIVE FROM MICRO ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The main objective of this work is to identify the attributes that foster entrepreneurship in the municipality of Três Lagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), from the perspective of the local microentrepreneurs. For this, the method of research used was «survey» to build a quantitative approach to the problem. Data from the corpus were obtained through the application of a questionnaire directed to microentrepreneurs. For data analysis, we used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS®) software, version 22, supported by exploratory factor analysis. As result, the determining attributes of local entrepreneurship, from the perspective of the micro entrepreneurs of Três Lagoas which are: the stories of entrepreneurs, the own networks, the incentive policy, mentors/negotiators, local customs and the physical infrastructure of the place. It is inferred that the quality of the attributes is slow, for generating an entrepreneurship of necessity on the part of these reseach subjects under analysis.
