Comportamento Empreendedor na Exploração de Oportunidades: história oral sobre o caso de uma indústria do setor alimentício

A exploração de oportunidades é um dos campos pouco explorados em estudos sobre empreendedorismo. O processo empreendedor tem seu início a partir da visão de um ou vários indivíduos acerca de uma idéia a ser explorada. Fatores como o acesso à informação e o sistema cognitivo atuam sobre tal mecanismo, orientando comportamentos na direção da criação de valor. Verifica-se que o papel de indivíduos é de extrema importância para a efetivação do processo. Sendo assim, este artigo apresenta uma abordagem de exploração de oportunidades na perspectiva de um empreendedor. A escolha do caso pautou-se no caráter inovador da oportunidade explorada pelo empreendedor, sujeito deste estudo. O trabalho pode ser caracterizado como estudo de caso com relato de história oral, de onde se depreende o comportamento empreendedor e o senso de oportunidade a partir da produção e industrialização de alimentos
diet-light, cujo processo inicial de pesquisa e desenvolvimento se deu por meio de uma espécie de incubação em uma universidade da Região Sul do Brasil, quando pesquisou a planta Stévia Rebaudiana, encontrada na flora brasileira e paraguaia.Downloads
