Comportamento Ecológico de Alunos Pós-graduandos de uma Instituição Pública

Entender as questões que envolvem a temática meio ambiente é fundamental para que se possa garantir às futuras gerações a possibilidade de usufruir dos recursos naturais existentes atualmente. Essas questões são fundamentais para identificar os fatores que influenciam o comportamento humano no que diz respeito a sua relação com o meio ambiente. Porém as questões comportamentais associadas ao meio ambiente ainda são pouco estudadas. Sendo assim, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar os comportamentos ecológicos dos alunos matriculados em Programas de Pós-graduação de uma instituição pública. Para isso, utilizou-se como metodologia a pesquisa de natureza descritiva, de abordagem quantitativa e do tipo survey. O instrumento para identificação do comportamento ecológico foi organizado a partir da Escala de Comportamento Ecológico (ECE) de Pato e Tamayo (2006). A amostra da pesquisa foi composta por 70 respondentes, no qual foi possível identificar resultados de que algumas atividades de comportamento pró-ecológico já fazem parte da rotina, principalmente relacionadas à limpeza urbana e a economia de energia. Em contrapartida os comportamentos ecológicos menos adotados pelos pós-graduandos estão relacionados à economia de água e a participação em trabalhos voluntários relacionados ao meio ambiente. Conclui-se que há necessidade de maior conscientização do público pesquisado no que se refere aos comportamentos ecológicos.Downloads
