Responsabilidade Social Corporativa: Um enfoque multidisciplinar no contexto Globalizado

Diante das recentes mudanças ocorridas no mundo empresarial, mais especificamente com respeito à humanização do ambiente de trabalho, as organizações começaram a assimilar novas práticas voltadas para metas e resultados, porém sob um novo ponto de vista: a transformação social. A preocupação com os valores, meio ambiente, ética, geração de emprego, renda e desenvolvimento sustentável fizeram com que as empresas trabalhassem de forma sistemática as questões sociais em consonância com o planejamento e estratégias de sustentabilidade das organizações empresariais e da sociedade. A partir dessa nova postura adotada pelas empresas surgiu a Responsabilidade Social Corporativa como solução para as questões relacionadas às empresa e comunidade, que além de despertar a consciência social, impulsiona as estratégias nos negócios, incluindo a tangibilidade e o fortalecimento da marca.
