A incipiente presença do empreendedorismo corporativo acompanhado da inovação nos debates e reflexões da responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC) vem de um lado, distanciando a produção acadêmica brasileira deste campo, dos demais países do hemisfério norte, e do outro lado, deixando o campo da RSC carente, de modelos interpretativos dos fenômenos contemporâneos vinculados ao empreendedorismo e inovação, em curso nas empresas brasileiras. O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar a RSC na perspectiva do empreendedorismo e inovação, buscando explorar e identificar as interfaces e conexões, e propõe um modelo de análise para ampliar e facilitar a interpretação. A metodologia descritiva e exploratória adotada norteou a condução da pesquisa. Os resultados apontam para a proposta de modelo de análise constituído de quatro dimensões a saber: racionalidade, compreensão intuitiva, valor e gestão das incertezas, apoiado no empreendedorismo e inovação. O modelo de análise eleva a compreensão e interpretação da RSC.Downloads
