Corporate Social Responsibility from the Perspective of Employees: an Analysis of Brazilian and International Scientific Production in the Period 2006 to 2015

The charges imposed by society and by the institutions on the organizations broaden steadily in several aspects. Corporate social responsibility in this sense emerges as a response to the concerns observed and the collaborators listed in this context as one of the actors affected by the measure, albeit in its infancy and little explored. Therefore, the objective of this study was the survey of the state-of-the-art theme of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of employees within national and international scholar. The operationalization of the survey came about through a bibliometric study being in different ways, and in the international sphere, a search on Web of Science bordering the past ten years, and on national reality searched in the annals of events ANPAD and in significant journals in the area of administration. The results corroborate the literature presented, studies on the subject show little numerous, compounded when it dealt with the reality of the brazilian scientific production.
