Macrofluxo com Ações Integradas de Frameworks para Gerenciamento de Projetos: um estudo em operadora de planos de saúde

Although the use of strategic planning helps organizations reach their goals to remain competitive in the market, research shows that there are difficulties in their implementation and management. One of the main difficulties is the lack of adequate structure and methodologies to manage the execution of the projects defined from the strategic objectives. This research deals with issues related to project management associated with the implementation of strategic business planning. The object of study was the proposal of flows macro with integrated actions of frameworks for project management in a health plan operator. As for the methodological aspects the research is applied nature, as far as the objectives is descriptive and explanatory, how the approach of the problem is qualitative. The technical procedures used were bibliographic research, documentary, case study and content analysis. The practical development consists in the characterization of the organization; strategic planning analysis; identification of the methodology used in project management; diagnosis of the status of strategic projects; and the preparation of the proposal for the management of strategic projects. Based on the analyzes of the data collected, considering the main difficulties identified through the analysis of content, present in the steps of unfolding, implementing and monitoring the strategy in the organization, a flow macro was proposed with integrated actions of frameworks for project management. The goal of the flow macro is to benefit the organization with a structured and integrated methodology for its project management.
