Justiça organizacional, oportunismo, custos de governança e desempenho de relacionamento: Um estudo em cooperativa da agricultura familiar

Resumen

Este estudo analisa a relação entre justiça organizacional, oportunismo, custos de governança e desempenho do relacionamento em uma cooperativa agropecuária da agricultura familiar. A pesquisa adotou uma abordagem quantitativa, com aplicação de um questionário estruturado a cooperados, e os dados foram analisados por meio de estatísticas descritivas. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio da aplicação de um questionário estruturado entre os meses de agosto e novembro de 2024. Os resultados sugerem percepções majoritariamente positivas em relação à justiça organizacional, especialmente na dimensão interacional, evidenciando respeito e comunicação eficaz por parte da administração. A justiça distributiva foi bem avaliada, embora com variações nos critérios de distribuição, e a justiça processual apresentou espaço para melhorias nos processos decisórios. O oportunismo forte foi percebido em baixos níveis, mas houve relatos de retenção de informações, enquanto o oportunismo fraco, relacionado à falta de apoio, teve percepção moderada. Os custos de governança foram avaliados como moderados, com maior variação na resolução de conflitos. O desempenho do relacionamento foi altamente avaliado, reforçando a colaboração e o apoio mútuo entre os cooperados.
