The profile of international immigrant women in criminal establishments in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul

Abstract

The scope of this study seeks to address the profile of international migrant women serving a custodial sentence in female penal establishments in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. We sought to survey the general characteristics of these women around their social, economic and cultural profile. , in addition to the main difficulties faced in spaces of deprivation of liberty. The present work was based on bibliographical research and analysis of official documents, of an exploratory nature, with data collected and systematized from the Integrated System of Administration of the Penitentiary System, responsible for cataloging all information regarding the custodians serving time in women's prisons, administered by the State Agency for the Administration of the Penitentiary System of Mato Grosso do Sul. It was concluded by the assertion that immigrant women incarcerated in the State correspond to a specific pattern that presents a high degree of social and economic vulnerability that contributes greatly to their invisibility.

Graduada em Psicologia pela Universidade de Fortaleza (2008), em Gestão em Empreendimentos Turísticos pelo Centro de Educação Tecnológica do Ceará (2006), formação em Análise do Comportamento pela Universidade de Fortaleza, mestrado em Ciências do Comportamento pela Universidade de Brasília. Pós graduação em Avaliação Psicológica (2016) - IPOG. Atuou como coordenadora do curso de Psicologia do Centro Universitário da Grande Dourados, supervisora de estágio e professora. Foi Professora Temporária da Universidade Estadual do Mato Grosso do Sul ministrando a disciplina Psicologia Aplicada a Enfermagem no curso de Enfermagem, para alunos do primeiro ao último ano do curso. Foi Professora Substituta da Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados nas disciplinas de Psicologia Jurídica, Psicomotricidade, Educação, Sociedade e Cidadania, Psicologia Organizacional, para os cursos de Psicologia, Ciências Sociais e Administração. Realiza pesquisas interdisciplinares relacionando a psicologia a outras áreas do conhecimento como a Enfermagem e Odontologia. Atualmente ministra aulas de pós-graduação no Instituto Rhema Educação, no instituto Isfaces e dedica-se a psicologia clínica de abordagem comportamental. Exerce cargo público na Agepen/Ms na área de Assistência e Perícia como Psicóloga. Doutoranda em Saúde e Desenvolvimento da Região Centro-oeste na Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS).
