A CONSTITUIÇÃO DE UM PENSAMENTO LATINO-AMERICANO SOBRE ASSUNTOS INTERNACIONAIS

Trata-se de por em destaque a existência de uma produção latino-americana sobre assuntos internacionais, tendo em conta a possibilidade e a necessidade de capitalizar um amplo acervo não suficientemente reconhecido.Tenciona-se, para isto, cartografar uma parte do patrimônio eidético referido a questões internacionais, dividindo-o em duas partes: conceitos e ideias.Trata-se, em seguida, de trabalhar a noção de integração com o fim de dar-lhe mais consistência teórica com vistas a torná-la apta para novos e∕ou diferentes desafios. Para isto, procede-se a reforçá-la e a cruzá-la com outras noções, particularmente com sociedade civil, concebida também como sociedade civil intelectual, e com pan-africanismo.Conclui-se projetando os desenvolvimentos eidéticos até algumas propostas de política exterior compartilhada, especialmente no âmbito cultural e do conhecimento, considerando a doutrina de atuar sobre a base do “mínimo comum”.
