Os processos de integração regional são elemento inegável da realidade atual. Assim, importa o tratamento da aproximação das ordens jurídicas, para consolidar concordâncias quanto à regulação de suas atividades. Nessa trilha, o trabalho se destina a examinar a busca por aprofundamento da integração mediante a uniformização jurídica, verificando tentativas frustradas ocorridas em matéria de direito do consumidor na União Europeia e no MERCOSUL, a fim de, ao identificarem-se as semelhantes dificuldades enfrentadas em ambos os blocos, expor obstáculos à integração, questionando se há convergências possíveis ou necessárias que a condicionam.Downloads
