This article aims to propose a hypothetical model integrating the theories of Mindset, Potential Internal Entrepreneur and the Big Five Personality Traits. Five theoretical gaps were evidenced, related to the traits of Consciousness and Kindness with fixed Mindset, the traits of Extroversion and Neuroticism with growth Mindset and, mainly, the correlation between Mindset and Potential Internal Entrepreneur’s theories. A literature review of the theories of
Mindset, Potential Internal Entrepreneur and the Big Five Personality Traits was carried out to assist in the construction of the model and in the formulation of its hypotheses, follow the lines of Elgelman and Schreiber (2018). The study contributes to the development of the hypothetical model and the development of twelve proposals to guide future studies.
