Abstract

This article aims to present methods and integrative practices developed in a R&D project that aims to improve health, safety and quality of life at work (HSEQV) through solutions in tools for Live Line Electricians (ELV). For this, the project is based on theoretical and empirical studies in Ergonomics, Biomechanics and Cybernetics applied to the task of Pruning Vegetation. The results present the methods and practices articulated in the project and its preliminary findings. It is understood that the innovations provided by R&D break with traditional methods and practices by proposing the integration between Ergonomics, Biomechanics and Cybernetics and their uses through motion capture system and 3D simulation software and platforms, in an original way in the electrical sector. Furthermore, the preliminary results point to the industrial, scientific, and technological potential of the project that may culminate in improvements in health, safety, and quality of life at work (HSEQV).
