The article deals with the effects of the principle of solidarity during the adoption of measures to combat the pandemic. The main objective is to analyze the role played by the principle of solidarity in the various constitutional controversies in the years 2020 and 2021. It appears that the social, federative and democratic structure of the Constitution is of a solidary character, as it demands cooperative action between people public servants, employers, employees and individuals in general. The research is qualitative, and is supported by bibliographic and documentary research techniques.
