35 Anos!
A Revista Direito em Debate tem seu primeiro número publicado no ano de 1991 na modalidade impressa, sendo fruto de um “compromisso constante de superação do dogmatismo jurídico, entendido como mera aceitação das regras positivadas pelo Estado, sem quaisquer discussões a respeito dos pressupostos legitimadores dessas regras.” Naquele momento histórico, a euforia e a esperança trazidas pelo texto na Constituição Federal de 1988 compeliam o Direito, enquanto importante instrumento de transformação da sociedade, à efetivação da justiça social para os estratos mais amplos da população brasileira.
