Os Reflexos dos Programas de Educação na Assistência de Enfermagem

O estudo apresentado teve como objetivos buscar conhecer os reflexos dos programas de Educação Continuada no cuidado de enfermagem e a percepção da equipe de enfermagem acerca destes reflexos. O referencial teórico foi fundamentado na Educação Continuada desde sua história no Brasil e no mundo, suas relações partindo dos trabalhadores, sociedade e instituições em geral, bem como da área da saúde em específico. Este trabalho constituiu-se em uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva, que utilizou uma entrevista semiestruturada com os trabalhadores da equipe de enfermagem em um hospital na cidade de Passo Fundo. A pesquisa proporcionou conhecimento com relação aos benefícios que a educação continuada pode gerar para os trabalhadores tornarem-se pensadores, críticos e reflexivos a respeito de suas ações, visando tornar o cuidado mais efetivo, holístico e humanizado, prestando melhor atendimento para o cliente e, conseqüentemente, beneficiando também a instituição.
