CONSULTA DE ENFERMAGEM: o que Pensam as Gestantes

Abstract

A consulta de enfermagem, prerrogativa do enfermeiro, é desenvolvida em muitos serviços de saúde, atendendo especialmente à gestante de baixo risco. Este estudo teve como objetivo conhecer a percepção das gestantes a respeito da assistência prestada na consulta de enfermagem durante o pré-natal. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva, com abordagem do tipo estudo de caso. Para a coleta dos dados foi utilizada a entrevista semi-estruturada. O estudo foi realizado na área de abrangência de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde do município de Santa Rosa/RS. Participaram 11 mulheres que realizaram consultas de pré-natal com enfermeiras. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo que permitiu identificar dois temas que referem os aspectos interpessoais e os aspectos técnicos da consulta. Esses temas evidenciaram que a consulta de enfermagem constitui-se num instrumento que possibilita a efetiva interação entre enfermeiro e clientes, sendo referência a gestante durante o processo da gravidez.
