CONSULTA DE ENFERMAGEM: Um Relato de Experiência

Este estudo relata vivências compartilhadas e adquiridas com indivíduos portadores de deficiência física e seucuidador/familiar. As ações em saúde efetivadas abarcaram Consultas de Enfermagem (CE) e, posteriores, reconsultas.
A experiência vivenciada por acadêmicos de enfermagem possibilitou implementar o processo de enfermagem, por meio de seus passos metodológicos. As intervenções consistiram em visita domiciliária com vistas a implementar ações considerando as condições do domicílio, no que tange a infra-estrutura, adaptações necessárias para a manutenção e autonomia dos indivíduos, assim como, a interação com o núcleo familiar, por considerar que este colabora ou é o responsável absoluto pela integridade destes. As ações desenvolvidas visaram promover o bem-estar físico e emocional do indivíduo, incluindo cuidados com a pele, higiene, nutrição, conforto entre outros cuidados. Nesse é imprescindível a participação do enfermeiro no processo saúde/doença destes indivíduos, considerando que estes precisam ser acompanhados por profissionais de saúde.
