Abstract

O presente estudo objetiva relatar a experiência de discentes do Curso de enfermagem no matriciamento, proposto pela disciplina de Saúde Mental II um caso de dependência química do crack no Sul do Brasil.Sabe-se que o consumo de substâncias tem elevada prevalência no Brasil, gerando diferentes demandas em atenção à saúde, dentre eles, destaca-se o crack como um problema à saúde pública. Os resultados emergiram para uma boa adesão do usuário ao Projeto Terapêutico Individual (PTI) construído em conjunto entre equipe de referência da Estratégia da Saúde da Família (ESF), equipe de apoio matricial do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) e discentes. Portanto, entende-se o papel da Universidade na produção de saberes e na interlocução entre os serviços de saúde, na articulação de idéias e propostas que vão ao encontro dos pressupostos do SUS e da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira, desmistificando a dependência química entre trabalhadores e discentes.
