The aim of this paper was to identify existing studies on food and nutrition education software aimed at the elderly population through an integrative literature review, which was performed in five steps. The research guiding question was: what are the existing Food and Nutrition Education software used or developed for the elderly public? The study included original articles that answered the guiding question of this review, available in full, published in Portuguese, English or Spanish, from 2009 to 2018. The search for the articles was performed on the databases: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline), Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (Lilacs) and Scopus. The final sample consisted of nine articles, five of which focused on the approach to Food and Nutrition Education in health promotion, whereas four studies focused on disease monitoring. This review is expected to stimulate further researches to deepen the development of Food and Nutrition Education software for the elderly population, in order to promote quality information and entertainment for this age group.
