Prática interprofissional colaborativa entre profissionais e residentes da Atenção Primária à Saúde

Resumo

Compreender as vivências da Prática Interprofissional Colaborativa na percepção dos profissionais e residentes da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Estudo qualitativo, com 12 profissionais e residentes de saúde, sendo incluso residentes com no mínimo três meses e profissionais com mais de seis meses no serviço. Para a coleta usou-se entrevista semiestruturada, com duração média de 25 minutos. Após a transcrição das gravações, organizou-se as falas em temáticas. Desvela-se que a compreensão da Prática Interprofissional Colaborativa deve ocorrer com base nas interações com os profissionais para atender às múltiplas áreas do universo da saúde. As experiências do serviço e fortalecimento da temática perpassam por inúmeras situações pontuais no serviço estudado, porém o ato colaborativo fortalece o cuidado. Os profissionais e residentes compreendem que a Prática Interprofissional Colaborativa é essencial para o fortalecimento do cuidado à saúde.
