The aim of this paper is to address the appropriate methods of conflict resolution, especially mediation, from the Economic Analysis of Law as a methodological reference system. This reference system can present itself, in the case of the object researched here, as a guide for normative production and its application, making it possible to expand the analysis of legal problems beyond the abstract reality of the positive norm, through the exercise of interdisciplinarity between law and economy. As a methodology, the research is deductive and qualitative, using the technique of indirect documentation, through bibliographic research of secondary sources anchored in publications, magazines, and books and legislation relevant to the theme. As a conclusion we may say that the adequate methods for conflict resolution, by digital means, proved to be an efficient mechanism for reversing the reality installed in the Brazilian Judiciary, with problems regarding the effectiveness in the delivery of judicial protection.
