Abstract

Este artículo presenta un modelo para la formación por competencias de investigadores cuyos objetivos son: garantizar el desarrollo de la competencia investigativa en profesionales que se dedican a la investigación científica, de forma que les posibilite desarrollar las cualidades que debe manifestar el investigador en la ejecución del proceso investigativo a través de proyectos. El contenido del proceso de la formación por competencia para investigadores profesionales, se dirige a lograr profesionales democráticos, humanistas, independientes, creadores, flexibles, capaces de solucionar problemas priorizados de su entorno y además comprometidos con la sociedad.
