Abstract

O objeto de estudo deste artigo é a relação entre a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil e o Ensino Jurídico. Busca mais especificamente perquirir qual tem sido o papel da OAB na busca de qualidade deste ensino e quais instrumentos tem sido utilizados para esse objetivo, em especial será analisado o Selo OAB Recomenda. O artigo discute até que ponto os referidos instrumentos de avaliação da OAB são eficazes e se realmente geram classificações (ranqueamento) indesejáveis. Por se tratar de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, será desenvolvido com base na pesquisa bibliográfica utilizando-se do método indutivo como principal e com o histórico e estatístico como métodos auxiliares.

Vladmir Oliveira da Silveira, Universidade Nove de Julho

Advogado, Mestre e Doutor em Direito pela PUC-SP, Diretor de pesquisa em Direito da UNINOVE. É Coordenador do Mestrado em Direito da UNINOVE, professor da UNINOVE e da PUC-SP, além de ser também ex-Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Direito (CONPEDI).

Samyra Naspolini Sanches

Doutora em Direito pela PUC/SP, pesquisadora do Centro de Pesquisa em Direito e professora permanente dos Mestrados da Uninove e da Unimar
