ANÁLISE DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA NACIONAL SOBRE AUDITORIA DE ENFERMAGEM NO ÂMBITO HOSPITALAR

Abstract

Este artigo analisa a produção científica publicada em sete
periódicos nacionais, disponíveis on-line, redigidos em português, no período de 2001 a 2010, sobre auditoria de enfermagem no âmbito hospitalar. É uma revisão bibliográfica, sistemática, resultante da análise de 14 artigos. Os descritores utilizados para busca dos mesmos foram: enfermagem, auditoria de enfermagem, registros hospitalares. A análise do conteúdo nos artigos pesquisados resultou na estruturação da categoria: “Auditoria em enfermagem: concepções, atribuições da enfermagem e, em especial, do enfermeiro auditor”. O maior número de artigos se refere a profissionais de enfermagem, tema merecedor de um olhar sistêmico de gestores e profissionais da saúde, cientes de que a auditoria
em enfermagem é um campo promissor para a manutenção da
qualidade da assistência e da garantia de uma cobrança adequada dos serviços hospitalares.

Mestre em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul-UFRGS. Docente do curso de Graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (UNIJUÍ). Orientadora do TCC e do artigo.
