ACOMPANHAMENTO INTERDISCIPLINAR DOS CUIDADORES DE PESSOAS COM DOENÇA DE ALZHEIMER

A doença de Alzheimer é uma demência e as inconstâncias das fases da doença, as dificuldades e as angústias relacionadas ao cuidado motivam os cuidadores a integrarem e participarem do grupo de Assistência Multidisciplinar Integrada aos Cuidadores dos Portadores da Doença de Alzheimer (AMICA). Portanto, o presente estudo teve como objetivo descrever as atividades realizadas pelas discentes e docentes dos cursos de Fisioterapia e Nutrição com os cuidadores que participam desse grupo. Os encontros do grupo ocorrem quinzenalmente com duração de duas horas. A importância do grupo para os cuidadores é identificada por meio de seus relatos. Dessa forma, as atividades desenvolvidas demonstraram ser de grande valia para a vida dos cuidadores e dos discentes e docentes que fazem parte do grupo.Downloads
