O suporte nutricional enteral alcançou importante popularidade nos últimos anos, configurando-se como uma alimentação mais fisiológica quando comparada com a nutrição parenteral, sendo o profissional nutricionista o responsável pela prescrição e adequação dietoterápica. Nesta perspectiva, cabe salientar que os cuidados no ambiente domiciliar configuram-se como um desafio para este tipo de terapia, tendo a elaboração de tecnologias em saúde que auxiliem na qualificação e aprimoramento do cuidado sob as condições de saúde do paciente configuram-se como importante ferramenta para potencializara atenção à saúde. Neste sentido o presente trabalho objetiva elaborar e validar um Manual de orientação de dieta enteral para alta hospitalar para os profissionais da categoria de Nutrição de um Hospital de Ensino. O manual frente aos objetivos, conteúdo e relevância para a área hospitalar quanto às imagens, forma de apresentação e conteúdo pertinentes aos cuidados clínicos apresentam IVC global de 0,98, sendo classificado como ótimo, tornando-se relevante para atividades de educação e saúde para o nutricionista e usuário de saúde durante a alta hospitalar.
