Aplicativos móveis para enfermeiros no cuidado ao idoso após acidente vascular cerebral: Revisão de escopo

Objetivo: Mapear la evidencia científica disponible sobre las aplicaciones móviles para ayudar a las enfermeras en el cuidado de los ancianos después de un ictus. Método: Se trata de una revisión de alcance, realizada de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del JBI, que comprende una muestra de cinco artículos. Las búsquedas se realizaron entre diciembre de 2023 y abril de 2024 en bases de datos y literatura gris. Resultados: Los resultados se agruparon en cinco categorías: cuidados de enfermería en la rehabilitación funcional del anciano tras el ictus; control y automonitorización de la hipertensión en el anciano tras el ictus; beneficios de la aplicación móvil para la autogestión de los cuidados de enfermería al anciano en la fase posterior al ictus; y aplicación móvil para evaluar la eficacia de los cuidados prestados por enfermería. Conclusión: Los resultados mostraron que el contenido incluido en las aplicaciones móviles de apoyo a los cuidados de enfermería estaba asociado principalmente a la rehabilitación de la funcionalidad de los ancianos.
