Aplicativos móveis para enfermeiros no cuidado ao idoso após acidente vascular cerebral: Revisão de escopo

Resumo

Objetivo: Mapear as evidências científicas disponíveis sobre aplicativos móveis para auxiliar os enfermeiros no cuidado à pessoa idosa após acidente vascular cerebral. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo, conduzida de acordo com as recomendações da JBI, onde as buscas ocorreram no período de dezembro de 2023 a abril de 2024 nas fontes de informações elencadas. Os critérios de elegibilidade adotados foram: estudos sobre aplicativos móveis para auxiliar enfermeiros como tecnologia de intervenção, orientação, reabilitação ou outras formas de assistência a pessoa idosa após AVC. A seleção e triagem dos estudos deu-se a partir da utilização do gerenciador de referências EndNote web e o software Rayyan. Quanto a análise das evidências, utilizou-se uma ferramenta de extração de dados desenvolvida para a revisão, ao qual foram organizados em planilha do programa Microsoft Excel.  Resultados: Foram identificados 346 estudos e somente cinco foram selecionados para compor a amostra final da revisão. Os resultados foram agrupados em cinco categorias: cuidados do enfermeiro na reabilitação funcional de idosos após AVC; controle e automonitoramento da hipertensão em idosos após AVC; benefícios do aplicativo móvel para o autogerenciamento do cuidados de enfermagem aos idosos na fase pós-AVC e aplicativo móvel para avaliação da efetividade dos cuidados ministrados por enfermeiros. Conclusão: Os achados elucidaram, que os conteúdos inseridos nos aplicativos móveis para suporte aos cuidados dos enfermeiros, estavam associados principalmente a reabilitação da funcionalidade da pessoa idosa.
