THE CHALLENGE OF TO BE UNIVERSITY TEACHERS IN PRIVATE INSTITUTION IN HEALTH
Este texto apresenta abordagem reflexiva sobre a docência no ensino superior em instituições privadas na área da saúde. Tem por objetivo discutir a superação do modelo de professores universitários como especialistas. Para tanto, utiliza de pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o assunto a fim de compreender constituição docente das ciências de saúde. A maioria dos profissionais da saúde formado nas últimas duas décadas foi estimulada a tornar-se especialista em alguma área. Contudo, atualmente requer deste profissional atender à sociedade de forma ampla e não apenas por partes como nas especializações. Portanto, enfatiza-se a necessidade de formar mestres e doutores que compreendem além dos conhecimentos específicos, os contextos tecnológicos, sociais, pedagógicos e didáticos os quais são essenciais ao processo ensino-aprendizagem dos acadêmicos. Espera-se assim, que a pós-graduação a nível stricto sensu auxilie na formação dos professores da área de saúde a fim de conduzi-los a novas proposições de instrução que lhes possibilite promover a saúde.

ABSTRACT
This paper presents a reflective approach to teaching in higher education private institutions in health. It aims discuss the replacement of the model of university teachers as specialists. To this end, it employed a brief literature review on the subject in order to understand the constitution of the health sciences faculty. Most health professionals formed in the last two decades has been stimulated to become expert in some area. However, currently meet the needs of this professional society extensively and not just parts like specializations. Therefore, we emphasize the need to form teachers master and doctors who understand knowledge beyond the specific contexts technological, social, educational and teaching which are essential to the teaching-learning process of students. It is expected that graduate level stricto sensu assist in teacher formed in the area of heath to lead them to new proposals for education to enable them to promote health.
