O Professor e a Escola para a Zona Rural: concepções e desdobramentos em uma escola normal rural

Este texto aborda a história da formação do professor pela consideração da Escola Normal Rural, enfocando os desdobramentos curriculares em sua dimensão pedagógicae de formação para o mundo agrícola. Toma como espaço empírico a Escola Normal Rural La Salle, de Cerro Largo, Rio Grande do Sul, situando-a no contexto das obras lassalistas e nos projetos da sociedade brasileira dos anos 30 do século XX referentes ao enraizamento do homem ao seu meio.
