LA COMUNICACIÓN EDUCATIVA Y EL DESARROLLO DE LA DIMENSIÓN SOCIO AFECTIVA DE LA PERSONALIDAD: Nuevos Retos a la Educación Social

La educación de la personalidad impone conocer y consideraraquellas estructuras psicológicas que constituyen resortes del
desarrollo en un momento dado, presupuesto que gana especial
sentido cuando se trata de la estimulación del desarrollo de la
dimensión socioafectiva de la personalidad. Sobre esta base se
debe organizar el proceso educativo como comunicación que
involucre aquellos recursos del sujeto (de la personalidad y del
grupo) y del contexto (ámbitos socioeducativos significativos)
que participan de la regulación consciente e intencional de las
interacciones sociales. Este proceder exige de la formación habilidades específicas en los educadores, rescatando el
protagonismo, la iniciativa y la creatividad de los participantes.
