Esse trabalho recorte de relatório de pesquisa, é uma reflexão sobre a necessidade e possibilidades de reconhecimento da diversidade, para realizar o sonho da inclusão. Especificamente, a reflexão coloca em evidência o potencial de concepções como indeterminação, complementaridade, biociências e biopoder como contribuições auxiliadoras na criação de uma proposta educacional para ampliar a formação de mentalidades de reconhecimento da diversidade. Essas e outras concepções emergentes, no seio das mais diferentes áreas do conhecimento, apresentam-se como oportunidades para olhares mais atentos sobre nós seres humanos e também convites para sairmos do isolamento para exigir a vivência da proximidade e do acolhimento. Um desafio, difícil e complexo, que tem a tarefa exigente de cultivar o desejo de aceitar o diferente, de acolher o diferente, de cuidar do diferente e de ter compaixão.Palavras chave: diversidade e igualdade, educação inclusiva, convivência
This paper part of the research report, is a reflection on the need and possibilities for recognition of diversity, to accomplish the dream of inclusion. Specifically, the reflection highlights the potential of concepts such as indeterminacy, complementarity, biosciences and biopower as contributions to assist in creating an educational proposal to expand the formation of mentalities to recognize diversity. These and other emerging concepts, within the most different areas of knowledge, present themselves as opportunities for looks more aware of us humans and also as invitations for getting out of isolation to require the experience of closeness and acceptance. A challenge, difficult and complex, that has the demanding task of cultivating the desire to accept the different, to accommodate the different, to take care of the different and have compassion.
