MULTICULTURALISMO E EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL: REFLEXÕES ACERCA DA CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA NOVA POSTURA ÉTICA DOS SERES HUMANOS

Abstract

Resumo:

O presente estudo trata acerca da necessidade de uma nova postura ética dos seres humanos frente ao direito das presentes e futuras gerações ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado e objetiva perquirir a possibilidade do multiculturalismo e da educação ambiental servirem como instrumentos importantes na construção dessa nova postura humana. É preciso resgatar a ética, em busca do equilíbrio, que perpasse desde as relações do homem consigo mesmo, com o outro e com o seu meio ambiente. A abordagem leva a conclusão de que é possível a construção de uma nova postura ética dos seres humanos, postura esta de proteção do direito humano das futuras gerações ao meio ambiente, revelando o multiculturalismo e a educação ambiental essenciais para essa construção e para a transformação social.
