Avaliação da função executiva em professoras aposentadas

Resumen

O objetivo do estudo foi associar os dados sociodemográficos e o hábito de atividade física com a função executiva (FE) de professoras aposentadas. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, de natureza quantitativa e de cunho inferencial. A amostra foi estratificada em dois grupos: grupo 1, constituído por mulheres aposentadas sem formação em magistério ou nível superior; e grupo 2, composto por professoras aposentadas. Foi utilizada uma ficha de avaliação para registrar os dados pessoais, sociodemográficos e indicadores de saúde das participantes. Para avaliar os hábitos de atividade física, algumas perguntas relacionadas à frequência, duração, intensidade e tipo de atividade física foram realizadas. A FE foi avaliada por meio do desempenho da tarefa da Torre de Hanoi. Os dados foram analisados a partir da estatística descritiva e inferencial. O desempenho da FE das professoras aposentadas foi significativamente superior em relação às mulheres aposentadas sem formação. Foi identificado que o tempo de estudo explicou 18,31% da variabilidade da FE das voluntárias. As participantes aposentadas sem formação com maior idade apresentaram um pior desempenho da FE. Por fim, o hábito de atividade física demonstrou associação com a FE, sendo que as participantes fisicamente ativas estiveram associadas a uma prevalência da FE alta.
