PERCEPÇÕES ACERCA DO PLANEJAMENTO EM ENFERMAGEM COMO FERRAMENTA DE GESTÃO

Este estudo é produto das discussões e reflexões realizadas na Disciplina Gestão em Saúde e Enfermagem, do Programa de Pós Graduação – Mestrado em Enfermagem da UFSM, no primeiro semestre de 2011, e tem por objetivo apresentar e discutir o papel do gestor frente ao planejamento estratégico. Foi realizada a leitura de artigos previamente selecionados pelos professores da disciplina e após, extraído conceitos e opiniões dos autores desses artigos.Durante a leitura dos artigos observou-se o que o planejamento estratégico é considerado uma ferramenta, um método importante para o planejamento das ações em saúde. Existem formas diferentes de se planejar, destacando-se oplanejamento normativo, o estratégico, o político e o situacional. Conclui-se que a dinâmica envolvida para o planejamento em saúde é complexa, pois possibilita uma análise do perfil das instituições, bem como das característicasde determinados grupos de trabalho, tal como do perfil do planejador.Downloads
